“ What a delight it was to dine at Brix! The atmosphere was great and the service was above and beyond what you would expect. We had no less than three persons during our dinner that showed up at our table. The size of the restaurant, not large, makes it very welcoming and cozy. My wife had the Chicken Carbonara. The chicken arrived with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes & spinach in a parmesan cream sauce with penne pasta, shaved parmesan & grilled focaccia cheeses. My wife absolutely enjoyed this dish. And, there was plenty left over to take home. I had the Bone-In Pork Chop. The chop was a 12oz cut which I ordered grilled. I selected French green beans with mushrooms. The chop arrived over a bed mushroom risotto. We will be visiting this great establishment again soon and you should, too! Enjoy! ”
